About this product
The winery's name comes from owner, Jayson Woodbridge's grandfather, who described the soil in which grape vines grow best as a 'layer cake.' The soil strata give the wine different elements. This wine itself features its own layer cake of aromas and flavours: raspberry, strawberry, mocha, chocolate and a hint of spice. This dry, fruity and rich wine offers good textures on the palate. Try it with back ribs with a rich sauce.
