Tasting Notes
Riesling has been grown for winemaking in Alsace since at least 1477. This one comes from a vineyard of limestone, granite, gravel, marl and sandstone and conveys a suitably complex minerality along with zesty citrus and crunchy pear. Sip with choucroute garnie or fish and chips.
