Tasting Notes
Fine Nebbiolo with aromas of chestnut, cherry, blackberry and cedar spice. Dry with plentiful fruit and finely matched tannins and acidity. Very good aroma replays, especially chestnut and cherry. Medium bodied with a long, balanced and focused finish. Approachable now with grilled steaks and wild mushroom risotto, but will also reward 3-5 years in a cellar. (VINTAGES panel, Nov. 2010)
