About this product
This wine is a blend of mostly Grenache Blanc and Viognier with a touch of Clairette . To retain the bright aromatics of the varieties used , the wines are matured , separately , in stainless steel vats . The resulting blend features aromas of pear , spring flowers , grapefruit and melon . Dry and flavourful , it is expertly balanced by crisp acidity . Enjoy this wine with a variety of seafood dishes , such as grilled prawns , calamari or crab legs .
