Tasting Notes
A seductive, savory and layered Sauvignon Blanc, this cuv�e has impressed since its inaugural vintage in 2017. The weighty palate and intense fruit concentration provide great depth while the combination of wild fermentation in a concrete egg (about 75% of the wine) and neutral barrels results in layers of white flowers, savory pastry and preserved lemons. Sensual and satisfying, you could lay this down, but it's already gorgeous to luxuriate in. The fruit is sourced from organic and biodynamic estate Churton. Drinking window: 2020-2024. Score - 94.
