Tasting Notes
Pantagruel is blended from the best barrels out of the range of West Coast AVAs that make up the Gargantua portfolio. It's crafted to showcase Oregonian Syrah in a classic yet easy-drinking style. All the fruit is picked by hand and fermented in the traditional whole-cluster style with no destemming. The result is a fresh, juicy wine offering cherry fruit and black olive tapenade along with spices, wild herbs and mineral character. It's ready to drink now.
