Description
Light, yet flavourful sake that is filled with aromas of pear, pumpkin seed, citrus and hints of lemongrass. Great for salmon in a teriyaki sauce or pad Thai noodles with lemongrass-herbed chicken. Enjoy it slightly chilled.

Tasting Notes
Brilliant aqua-azure bottle pours water-like clarity to an initially quiet nose that opens in seconds to offer bright aromas of banana, apricot, cherimoya fruit, cashew apple and starfruit. Palate is piercing and jovial with creamed coconut, spiced pumpkin, mandarin zest and custard pear leading into soft, refined textures, pervasive tail and full presence in the mouth.
