About this product
Terre di Sava was founded in 2008 , by Mauro di Maggio and Angelo Cotugno , to create wines of Puglia that reflect its terroir . This Primitivo , from the Manduria region and aged for four months in French barriques , is one such example . Look for spicy cherry , plum , vanilla and cocoa aromas and flavours . This ripe , balanced wine is a good choice for gourmet sausges , hamburgers or even grilled eggplant .
