Tasting Notes
One of the highlights of my tastings this year, the Alta Yari Gran Corte is a leafy, scented, savoury assemblage of Cabernet Franc with 35% Malbec and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Floral and intense, with remarkable freshness, focus and palate length, fine oak and notes of white pepper, tobacco leaf and red berry fruit. Drink date: 2023-2030. Score - 97.
