TASTING NOTE : Deep garnet - purple colored , the 2008 The Stirlings Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon has pronounced notes of ripe black currant , crushed black berries and warm plums over notes of pencil lead , black pepper , cloves and cedar . Medium - full bodied , it has crisp acid , firm finely grained tannins and mouth - filling berry and black pepper flavors lingering long into the finish . Drink this one 2012 to 2022 +.
