Tasting Notes
I loved the 2008 Ch�teau Fontenil, a pretty, elegant, seamless effort that's drinking beautifully today. Its vivid ruby color is followed by a complex bouquet of blackcurrants, olive, spice, and underbrush notes. Medium-bodied, silky, and refined on the palate, it's fully mature yet should keep nicely for another 7-8 years. It's a beautiful wine. Drink date: 2019-2026. Score - 92.
