About this product
Barrel fermented and then aged for 12 months on its lees in French barrels (30% new), this Chardonnay was not put through acid-softening malolactic fermentation, thereby retaining the fresh and lively nature of this wine. The aromas suggest toast, apple peel, pineapple, lemon and spices (especially clove). Enjoy this fresh, toasty, fruity wine with pan-seared scallops, pasta with a vodka cream sauce, grilled tiger shrimp or chicken skewers.
