Description
Gray Monk began operations in 1972 and it's one of Canada's most well-known producers, let alone BC. You can expect this 2014 Pinot Noir to be earthy and floral with a lovely texture. Look for notes of sandalwood, cherry, smoke and peppery spice. Enjoy with grilled salmon or herb-dressed grilled pork.

Tasting Notes
A very pretty nose of hickory smoke, red cherry, plum, sandalwood, meat and pressed flowers. The floral note is particularly delightful. The palate offers up sour cherry, fresh cranberry and ethereal tannins. This is lithe and delicate in everything but flavour, and dances the light fantastic in the mouth.
