Sourced from selected vineyards across the Alexander Valley, Simi's Cabernet consistently offers exceptional value. It's aged for 24 months in a combination of French and American small oak barrels that impart notes of toffee, smoke and baking spices that mesh with the concentrated black cherry and blackcurrant flavours.
