Tasting Notes
This wine is sourced from vines planted at altitudes between 360 and 420 metres in a sloped, southeast-facing vineyard. The elevation results in the grapes being harvested some eight days later than surrounding sites, and the slower ripening imparts great balance as well as impressive depth and character. A pure, fresh, refined wine, with red fruit, spice and mineral. Drink 2022-2025.
