Tasting Notes
The Cossy family have been growing grapes in Champagne since 1764 and bottling their own wines since the 1950s. Champagne's 2012 growing season was a challenging one, but it produced wines of a quality that has overshadowed these concerns entirely. The wines from 2012 are notably crisp, racy and aromatic, offering alluring floral and white fruit tones and a gorgeous texture.
