Kruger Wines , owner of Equifera , called upon local wine legend Donald Ziraldo , of Inniskillin fame , as consultant in creating their Icewine .. During the ' 50s and ' 60s , the property was the home stable for several championship racehorses - thus the name Equifera , which means ' wild horse ' in Latin . Look for aromas of honey , dried pineapple , citrus and mango . Sweet with refreshing acidity giving balance . Enjoy this concentrated Icewine with rich desserts .
