Tasting Notes
A simple but well made, infinitely drinkable roditis here from the ultra-minimalist Tetramythos winery in the nothern Peloponnese, crunchy, bright yet infused with Greek sunshine. No artifice, no unnecessary additions or subtractions. Dig deeper and you'll find lovely floral notes, even fresh vanilla pod (though this is totally unwooded).
