About this product
As with all dry sherries, this Amontillado is ready-to-drink. Made with the Palomino grape, it features aromas and flavours of nuts, apple cores and lime peel. It is simultaneously pungent and delicate. Dry and flavourful. A good choice for aged cheeses, Iberian ham, grilled shrimp, or just to sip around the nut bowl.
