TASTING NOTE : Aromas of coconut , pear , apple and mineral with an evocative buttered - croissant note . The palate is dry with a ribbon of bright acidity . Quite lithe and light on its feet for Meursault , without losing any of the flavour intensity that characterizes the style . A wonderfully focused , elegant wine with superb balance and poise . The finish is long , tangy , and delicious . Great now , especially with buttery crab legs or buttermilk - marinated chicken , it will only get better with 3 + years in the cellar .
