Tasting Notes
Grown in certified-sustainable vineyards in an area of ancient oyster-shell soil in Paso Robles, this Cabernet includes a dollop of Merlot for added depth and smoothness. It spent 18 months in French oak, further rounding out the texture and adding toasty cocoa and smoky notes to the wine's dense, dark cassis and cherry character. Pour this one with beef brisket.
