About this product
Perfect Set is named for both the time Gray Hartley set his net and made a record catch of Alaska King Salmon , plus it is the name they give to what happens each year in their Pinot Noir vineyard when the vines set their crop . In either case , the results are outstanding . Their 2007 vintage was matured in only French barriques . Once the fruit lots have been fermented separately and aged for a short time , the final blend is created and then the cuvée is returned to barrels for a further 22 months in order for the wines to knit ' perfectly ' together .
