Tasting Notes
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is stunning this vintage, with super pure aromatics and incredible layering. Aromas of dark currant fruit are accented by pure touches of violet, green pepper, cigars and graphite. The palate has an abundance of grainy tannins and bursts of freshness that highlight an array of exotic spices on the finish. It's an especially seamless rendition of the Estate Cabernet that promises, with all its detail, to age well in bottle. Drink date: 2022-2042. Score - 97.
