A Vintages exclusive . Still Waters is a new distillery that launched in 2010 . Their first product was a premium - quality vodka , but their true ambition lies in creating unique Canadian whiskies . Currently , their first distillations continue to mature in ex - Bourbon barrels in their cellars . This release is their own blend of four - to six - year - old whiskies sourced from other producers , plus up to 10 % from their own production . As their barrels mature , expect to see single malt bottlings to hit the shelves , but in the meantime , get a taste of what truly exciting lies ahead for this new enterprise .
