About this product
Friulano is the modern name for Sauvignonasse . The similarity of the name ( though not the style ) to Sauvignon Blanc resulted in some confusion when the grape was transported to places such as Chile . The grape flourishes in Colli Orientali del Friuli , where it produces superb floral and aromatic wines .
