Tasting Notes
As in so many regions, so in Burgundy, some of the best deals are found in the less-known appellations. Marsannay lies in the north of the Côte d'Or and produces many under-valued reds like this one. It shows solid flavours right through, quite fleshy at mid-palate, with fresh acidity that's calibrated to meet the fruit at the right point.
