Tasting Notes
Though 'new' and in vogue, orange wine is in fact created via an ancient technique. The juice of white wine is given prolonged contact with the skins - a process typical of red, not white wine production - imparting deeper colour, flavours, body, and even tannins. This 100% Trebbiano will be awesome with a Mediterranean seafood stew or Moroccan lamb tagine.
