Tasting Notes
From Swedish collaborative brewery Omnipollo comes this intriguing Gose brewed here in Ontario. A deep opaque purple colour, it is a blend of blueberries, pineapple, lactose and rock salt. Strong notes of berries and tropical fruit, followed by a slight salty tang on the fluffy vanilla finish. Perfect with banana pancakes.
Serving Suggestions
Try with banana pancakes or a baby coconut, hollowed out and filled with ice cream and fruit salad.
