Tasting Notes
Golden yellow with amber reflections. On the nose aromas of dried figs and apricots, caramel, honey and notes of spices like cinnamon and coriander. Full-bodied wine, soft and rounded. It pairs well with very spicy dishes, wild asparagus and it can be paired with fish and shellfish. Because of its consistency it blends well with red meat.
