TASTING NOTE: Medium gold in colour, this Premier Cru Chablis offers an amazing taste experience on its 10th birthday. Developing beautifully, it shows complex aromas of marmalade, apple custard, ripe pear, marzipan, roasted almonds and wet stones. Dry, rich and developed with more toasty almond flavours, mature fruit and endless minerality, it's quite flavourful and still backed by a fresh seam of acidity.
