Tasting Notes
This elegant, appealing Cabernet Franc spent 18 months in French oak. Approximately one third of the wine underwent the appassimento process, introducing additional aroma, flavour and textural complexity and depth. It features notes of raspberry, oak spice, savoury herbs and black pepper. Try it alongside steak with a blueberry sauce.
