About this product
Inniskillin continues to push the envelope for what can be grown successfully in Canadian vineyards . This 2007 Petit Verdot , from their Okanagan property , is the latest example . The wine -- featuring cherry , vanilla , cassis and spice aromas and flavours -- is a real revelation . Not only is it intriguingly aromatic , it is also impeccably balanced , suggesting it will mature nicely for 2 + years , though it ' s drinking very well now with grilled lamb chops .
