About this product
Clairette de Die Tradition is made with Muscat grapes . Like Champagne , a second fermentation occurs in the bottle -- but here it ' s a result of natural yeasts and sugars already present , rather than added . Plus , the wines are then decanted off the bottle and the bubbly is bottled separately under pressure . The sweetness can vary greatly and no dosage is permitted . This one shows a moderately sweet style .
