TASTING NOTE : This vintage of Semillon was harvested on Dec . 2 - 3 and aged in second vintage French oak barrels for 600 days . It has beautiful aromatics of citrus , apricots , lanolin and subtle spices wafting from the glass . It is a well - structured beauty with poise , texture and balance on the palate that reveals its exotic fruits in layer after layer .
