Description
High West is Utah's first distillery since Prohibition took effect in 1919. They released their first whiskey in 2008 and have been receiving critical and customer acclaim ever since. The Rendezvous bottlings are a tribute to Utah's history too, because it celebrates the annual rendezvous of trappers and settlers which began in 1826 and took place for many years throughout the 19th century. The first event was also celebrated as the initial whiskey festival in the State.
