TASTING NOTE : This shows lots of stony mineral on the nose and palate , with a smoky thread running through creamy layers of ripe apple , candied grapefruit zest and lots of ground spices -- cumin , white pepper and coriander . Shows fine integration , balance and intensity throughout , with a lingering , aromatic finish of spices and fresh flowers . Drink now through 2029 .
