Tasting Notes
I've tasted the 2019 Stratus gamay over the course of several days and must say that it just gets better and better. Time in bottle, coupled with aeration have served the wine well. Medium-bodied with great depth and red fruit and berry concentration, with juicy, balanced acidity and soft, supple tannins. This wine is evolving nicely with a few more good years ahead and a perfect example of why Ontario is so well suited to #gogamaygo. Score - 91.
