Tasting Notes
Dense and complex on the nose with aromas of blackberry, topsoil, smoke and dark chocolate. The palate presents a solid underpinning of ripe, smooth tannin. Lots of dark fruit with smoky dark chocolate and earth flourishes. Ideal for barbecue, and burgers in particular. (VINTAGES panel, May 2014)
