Tasting Notes
The 2012 Chablis Mont de Milieu Vieilles Vignes, from vines planted in 1952, captures the essence of this site in its intense, deeply resonant personality. Apricot pit, smoke, chamomile and licorice are all woven together in the expressive, beautifully layered finish. What a striking wine this is. The 2012 was done 60% in stainless steel and 40% in oak.
