Description
'Just a word to the wise: The last time the Cathedral Cellar Chardonnay arrived, I managed to bag six bottles as my house wine. Good thing, it vanished from shelves in the week after I wrote about it' (Gord Stimmell, The Toronto Star, June 5, 2015). Look for plenty of yellow apple character with lovely coconut and toasty shading, and pair with pork chops or chicken alfredo.

Tasting Notes
100% Chardonnay. Cool and crisp green citrus notes, stony minerality, green mango, and cape gooseberry with some creamy oak on the finish. Score - 91. (Decanter World Wine Awards, 2021)
