TASTING NOTE: Lots to like on the nose here, with yellow apple, butternut squash, pineapple, butter and toast notes making their mark. Richly flavourful with excellent acidity and a solid foundation of fruit. Smoky/toasty undertones add sex appeal. Tasting Notes
The 2015 Pomino Bianco Riserva Benefizio Castello di Pomino is a lovely white wine with substance, power and a creamy consistency. This is a deeply sophisticated and finely nuanced wine with yellow fruit, apricot, vanilla, white rose and toasted almond. The mouthfeel is fresh, generous and luscious.
