Tasting Notes
Made with 100% indigenous variety Mavroudi. Fermented in oak barrels with indigenous yeasts and matured on lees for 18 months in French oak barrels, then bottled unfiltered without any other treatment. The wine has a shiny red purple colour, intense and complex earthy notes followed by a complex bouquet of ripe red and black fruits, cedar, dried plums and figs, pine honey, coffee and cocoa, almonds and spices. On the palate, gentle tannins, balanced acidity, plenty of fruit, complex and exuberant aftertaste.
