This wine is sourced from the gravelly soils of sites throughout the southern part of the Maipo. It typically offers the mint associated with Maipo Cabernet, along with cassis, black fruit, smoke and meat notes and some chocolate and vanilla tones. Look for great length and a ripe finish. Try this tonight with grilled steaks or gourmet sausages or put it aside for 3+ years.
