About this product
Carpineto was founded in 1967 by Giovanni Carlo Sacchet and Antonio Mario Zaccheo, two Italian winemakers from outside of Tuscany who dared to dream of making world-class wines in the region they'd fallen in love with. Their modern approach to winemaking helped make Chianti Classico a household name. This is consistently an elegant wine with vibrant cherry and spice character that pairs beautifully with cured meats or steak Florentine.
