Tasting Notes
Grassy and herbal without going over the top, Paddy Borthwick's 2020 Sauvignon Blanc balances those green notes with passion fruit and gooseberry, plus a hint of struck flint. Medium-bodied, the wine is tart and racy, with bright acids and a clean, refreshing finish. Pair it with various seafood dishes - or maybe a young ch�vre - over the next year or two.
