Description
A classic example of the ancient Alsatian tradition of a 'field blend' combining a multitude of grape varieties, this vivacious white is made from Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Blanc, Sylvaner and a dab of Muscat. Fresh, floral, tangy and zippy, it'll pair nicely with herbed chicken, turkey or pork dishes. Excellent value from an iconic producer.

Tasting Notes
There's a delightful juiciness and vibrancy on the nose of this young blend. It's lush and spicy, with ripe pear aromas. It's firm yet generous and concentrated, with a youthful assertiveness and vigour. It's surprisingly mineral on the finish, which is quite long. Best enjoyed fairly young for its exuberance.
