Tasting Notes
(Translated from the Spanish) About four kilometers (2,5 mi) from the sea, in Santo Domingo, in the Valle de Leyda's area nearest to the sea, is a classic in the Biancos of San Pedro catalog, always offering subtle wines with crisp acidity and subtly citric tones. It does not deliver the stridency of the other Sauvignon in the valley, but rather plenty of acidity and a tremendous, juicy depth. The vineyard is called Las Gaviotas (The Seagulls), and from it you can see the Pacific Ocean. Score - 95. (Patricio Tapia, Descorchados, 2019)
