The fossilized remains of the creatures that once inhabited the large sea that covered the Niagara Escarpment play a huge role in creating the layers of exciting and precisely articulated minerality that lies at the heart of this single-vineyard Riesling. The St. Urban vineyard was planted in 1979 and produces wines of incredibly complexity and depth.
