Assyrtiko is indigenous to Santorini, where it produces characterful wines with expressive ripe fruit, lime, pear and mineral notes. This will be a wine of refined elegance that beautifully reflects the volcanic soils in which it was raised. Pair this floral, refreshing white with seafood or lemon chicken.

100% Assyrtiko. Subtle fragrance of spring flowers, citrus blossoms and minerals. The joy of extract, expansive ripeness and texture, all counterbalanced by a rich waxiness, citrus and salinity make this a very compelling wine. Score - 97. (Decanter World Wine Awards, 2021)
