Tasting Notes
The grapes for this wine are hand-picked and used to make three Chardonnays, which are then blended together to create the final wine. The portions fermented and aged in stainless steel bring lift, freshness and crisp fruit, while those elements fermented and aged in French oak and on the lees impart complexity, depth and a round, soft texture. Pair with grilled chicken or pork chops.
